Welcome to our FAQ page! Here you’ll find quick, helpful answers about turnaround times, ordering policies, delivery options, and the services we offer. đź§µ SERVICES + TURNAROUND TIMES

What types of services do you offer?

I currently offer the following custom services:
  • Embroidery
  • DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing
  • Vinyl (including glitter vinyl)

Each method is chosen based on your design needs, the garment type, and the style you’re going for.

Are refunds or exchanges available?

Because every item is custom-made, all sales are final.
Please double-check colors, sizes, names, and spelling before placing your order.

What is the turnaround time for embroidery?

Embroidery turnaround time is 3–4 weeks, excluding weekends and holidays.
Embroidery takes longer because each design is stitched one thread at a time with multiple steps, including digitizing, stabilizing, and finishing.

What is the turnaround time for DTF printing?

DTF orders typically take 5–7 business days, depending on:

  • Garment availability
  • Complexity of the design
  • Current order volume

DTF is great for full-color artwork and highly detailed designs.

What is the turnaround time for vinyl?

Vinyl turnaround time is also 5–7 business days, similar to DTF.
Vinyl is perfect for bold designs, glitter finishes, spirit wear, and simple statements.

📦 ORDERS, DELIVERY & CUSTOM REQUESTS

Do you accept custom requests?

Yes! If you have a custom idea in mind, please fill out the Custom Request Inquiry Form on the website.
I will respond with design details, pricing, and next steps.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! Local delivery is available to Valdosta and surrounding areas.
You may also choose local pickup if you prefer.

What is your shipping policy?

Shipping is available for most items. Once shipped, tracking will be emailed.
Please note: Shipping time is separate from production time (embroidery, DTF, vinyl).
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages must be filed with the carrier.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes, when possible. Rush fees apply to any order needed sooner than the standard turnaround time.
Rush Fees:

  • DTF & Vinyl: $10
  • Embroidery: $25
    Rush fees are added through the Custom Order Form.

🧥 GARMENT POLICY — PLEASE READ

Do you allow customers to bring their own garments?

To ensure the best quality and protect your order, I only embroider or print on garments that I provide.

This policy exists because:

  • I cannot replace customer-provided items if something goes wrong
  • Some fabrics do not react well to heat, needles, or stabilizers
  • Machines can malfunction, skip stitches, or distort fabric
  • Not all garments are compatible with embroidery, vinyl, or DTF

If a customer insists on providing their own item:

It will be accepted at your own risk, and:
I am not responsible or liable for damage, machine malfunctions, or garment issues.

⏳ ORDER PICKUP POLICY

What happens if I don’t pick up my order?

Orders must be picked up within 2 weeks of being notified.
After 2 weeks, the order is considered abandoned.

Depending on the situation, one or more may apply:

  • The item may be returned to shop inventory
  • A restocking or re-stitch fee may be required to reclaim the item
  • The order may be forfeited without refund due to the custom nature of all services

📝 DESIGN + PREVIEW QUESTIONS

Will I receive a design preview?

Yes, most custom orders include a digital mockup or stitch-view preview before production begins.
