All orders must be paid in full before work begins. Receiving an invoice does not mean your order has entered production or that your requested completion date is reserved.
If you need your order by a specific date, please pay your invoice promptly. Your turnaround time begins on the date payment is received, not the date the invoice is sent.
If payment is delayed and your requested completion date requires expedited production, a rush fee will apply. Please plan accordingly, as same-day orders are not accepted.
