Customer-Provided Garments Policy
Thank you for choosing Kimberly's Designs and Embroidery! We love bringing your vision to life. If you are providing your own garment for embroidery or other embellishment services, please read and acknowledge the following policy before submitting your order.
Condition of Garments
All customer-provided items must be clean, dry, and free of damage prior to drop-off or shipment. We reserve the right to refuse any item that is soiled, damaged, or otherwise unsuitable for embroidery.
Pre-Existing Damage
Kimberly's Designs and Embroidery is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, defects, or wear on customer-provided garments. We recommend inspecting your item thoroughly before submitting it.
Risk of Embroidery
Embroidery involves needles, thread, and stabilizers that interact directly with fabric. While we take every precaution, some fabrics — including thin, stretchy, or delicate materials — may respond unpredictably to the embroidery process. By submitting a customer-provided garment, you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.
No Guarantee on Fabric Compatibility
We cannot guarantee results on all fabric types. If we determine that a garment is not suitable for embroidery after work has begun, we will contact you immediately. However, we are not liable for any damage that occurs during the embroidery process.
Acknowledgment
By placing an order and submitting a customer-provided garment, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
